Grief as a Survivor: A Space to Feel and Be Held
Grief doesn’t always look like what we expect. This class explores the quieter, often unspoken grief that comes with being a survivor—grief from triggers, change, and holding so much for so long. We’ll talk about resilience, empathy vs. sympathy, and how to work with our experiences instead of against them.
This space is for survivors who need a pause, a reflection, and a real conversation around healing and support.
This Live Class will be 60 min Presentation followed by 30 min open Q&A.
The Class will not be recorded and will not be available for purchase after it is held.
$20, sliding scale available

Dating can be hard and tricky as is. If you are a survivor it can be even harder to navigate the who what when where and why. In this chat, I want it to be a space for you to come and ask questions as well as walk away with tips.
We will go over how to set your boundaries, what types of apps are out there, how to meet folks, where to meet folks. As well as how to set yourself up to feel safe going out with humans.
We will also talk about the what ifs:
What if it is going well, then what?
What if it is going awful?
What if we have sexual chemistry and I want to have sex with them, do I disclose?
The goal is for you to walk away feeling more at ease to approaching dating.
