Kink for Survivors
A Roundtable Hosted by Jimanekia Eborn
April 22 | 6:30 PM PST
90 Minutes | Virtual
What does it mean to explore kink after trauma? What can it look like to reconnect with your body, your boundaries, your desires, and your agency in ways that feel grounded, consensual, and honest?
Kink for Survivors is a virtual roundtable created for survivors who want a thoughtful, nuanced, and affirming space to explore the connection between kink and survivorship. This conversation will bring together survivors, educators, and practitioners from different backgrounds to talk about healing, pleasure, power, safety, curiosity, and the many ways people make meaning of their experiences.
This is not a space for shame, judgment, or the usual tired reminders of what month it is without offering anything useful. This is a space for real conversation, reflection, and tools. Our panelists will draw on both lived experience and professional practice, offering insights into how kink can intersect with survivorship, embodiment, choice, and healing.
The roundtable will include guided conversation from the panelists, followed by a 30-minute Q&A, where attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and hear directly from people who understand the complexity of this work.
Whether you are curious, reconnecting, questioning, or simply looking for language and support, this space is for you.
